Located in a 30,000 square foot facility in Siler City, Chatham Trades is not just the county’s only community rehabilitation program providing employment and training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, it is also Chatham’s first and only Human Services Center offering an array of basic need resources to all residents of Chatham County.  The facility also houses the West Chatham Food Pantry .  Chatham Trades works closely with the CORA Food Pantry, storing and distributing emergency food boxes when needed.  In addition, the SNACK program is packaged by Chatham Trades Cora. Chatham Trades also houses a private company that provides competitive integrated employment and packages emergency food for distribution in Florida.
