Welcome to Chatham Trades Inc.

Located in a 30,000-square-foot facility in Siler City, Chatham Trades Inc. stands as Chatham County’s only community rehabilitation program, offering employment and training for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition, our facility is home to Chatham’s first and only Human Services Center, providing a range of essential resources to all Chatham County residents.

Our Comprehensive Services

Our facility hosts several key services and partnerships, including:

• CORA Food Pantry: We store and distribute emergency food boxes to ensure timely assistance.
• SNACK Program: Packaged by Chatham Trades for CORA, providing nutritious snacks for those in need.
• Private Company Collaboration: We house a private company that offers competitive integrated employment and packages emergency food for distribution in Florida.

Our Mission

Chatham Trades Inc. is dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through meaningful employment and comprehensive training programs. Our participants, known as Consumers, develop valuable social and work skills while earning wages and contributing to the local economy.
